The average person in the hoods of new york is no different than people out in the midwest. They just had access to shyt earlier then but most people go with the trends. And most people black, hispanic and white was wearing roca wear, sean jean etc. Idk what this dude is talking about

Also adding I agree with his statements about a lot of those lines. I think of all the “urban” brands, the only one that didn’t get clowned was Enyce, and Mecca. The Sean John shyt could sometimes fly, but most people weren’t really rocking the other shyt
A TON of people rocked Rocawear. Akademics, too. He’s bullshyting if he’s saying brehs in NY weren’t fukking with Rocawear.
