honestly sounds like whining.
they didn't specify any targeted abuse towards anyone in particular. Basically just said him being in a bad mood created a toxic work environment.
just because he not happy and sweet all the time doesn't mean you work in a toxic environment. You are not required to be friendly with your coworkers as long as you are not rude, offensive or disruptive. Type of people that would claim not participating in the office potluck is toxic behavior. Feeling intimidated by someone is as much as mental contruct as it is the direct result of someone actually attempting to intimidate purposely.Sounds like he wasn't going around cursing people out and threatening to fire people left and right. so basically they were intimidated because they simply didn't like him. just because you work for somebody famous doesn't you will get along with them any more than that lady in hr you never liked. Difference is , you don't publish news articles about how you hate the lady HR and that she creates a toxic work environment
The only serious complaint they made is about him drinking on the job, thats a valid complaint.
