Sometimes you do need outside thinkers with fresh ideas and clarity who haven't been through the system and picked up other coaches traits and bad habits. The only issue is if JJ is a success is that other GM/Franchises will see if they can hire a coach who hasn't done their apprenticeship either. Copycat league and all that.

That's not to say one can't be impressed by a change in coaching, but expectations gotta be tempered
At least when Minny went on a run, Redikk called a timeout immediately. Ham would have let them nikkas go on a 22-7 run and take the lead back
