And yeah I know that schedule is rough but i have a basic bachelors degree in mgmt. Keep in mind Ford pays HOURLY to their managers so thats a guesstimate on their salary (aroudn $31 an hour starting off).

After 4 years I heard youre seeing 100k.

Unless youre an engineer, in medicine, or a pilot youre not seeing that type of money no where else. At least not in Louisville, KY.

Don't they get good ass over time pay

I hope you don't aspire to anything great monetarily. Those Wall Street Billionaires often work 5:30a to 8p.m. like its nothing. If you're grind is weak so will be your pocketbook.

But different people have different goals



When I have a 70 hour week I get excited for the check that next Friday. Getting Paid!

i dont aspire to be working period. my idea of work is being in the boxing gym. if you think im going to throw away something i love doing to go waste 13 hours of my day to work for someone else you are mistaken.

If you do it, do it with an end date in mind.

Take it from me, as someone who has done similar work...it will wear on you. 70K, believe it or not is not a lot of money. And you'll quickly realize it's not enough for for this.

Funny you mention that. I told myself that Im a give it 1 year with the goal of paying off my student loans in one year (around 24k).

Naw im Salary bruh. No OT as far as i know. I mistakenly thought they were hourly.
