job seekings brehs with no certs; i got some golden advice for ya

somebody gave me this golden nugget....

"in the last 10 years, everybody jumped on the IT jobs. now construction and trucking companies cant find enough helpers and apprentices"

looked into it and i can start as a level 5 helper with a construction company if i get my fire safety and sprinklers systems certifications.

starting salary - $25 an hour. Source: Foreman of a demolition company working in my building right now who does most of the hiring for them.

those computer certs are nice but if u dont have em yet, jump on the trade certs

im getting a laboring job with a plasterer. i got to get a health and safety cert first tho. its not no $25 for a laboring job tho. ill be working 8 hours a day for £225 per week. das like $370 per week.

its a good start tho. u work hard at it for a few months and show them you a good worker. then u start asking questions like u want to learn and ask them to teach you how you can earn more money and they will tell u. dudes love helping others out if they show that they work hard.

too many dudes nowadays are afraid of hard work. thats why men aint men anymore. work your ass off as a laborer for a little while and always show up and be on time and watch those doors open up for you to make more.

well thats the drawback for immigrants. if u dont have full citizenship status and dont speak basic english u wont really be able to do more than just be a laborer. the demolition crew in my building is almost entirely mexicans doing the hard work with a few italian dudes supervising.
