exactly
those 2 songs were great too
when you really think about, jody watley's legacy really is underrated
her name should be mentioned right alongside janet jackson and madonna

We need to start a classic Soul/R&B thread one off these days. So much Music that's been lost to us off the Hip-Hop generation.

i agree :myman::wow:
you know, i don't love hip hop anymore :ld:
the only hip hop cd i own now is illmatic. well that and dilla's donuts
but with more time and the older i get, the more and more i continue to move away from hip hop
for 1, it's just not the same as what i came up on in the late 80's and 90's and i've grown weary of even the classics
i've said it before but i think like most heads who appreciate the music hip hop derived from, i find myself listenin' to 70's r&b, funk, pop and rock music
