This is the perfect example.

Step 1: Democrats write up $4 Billion for Black farmers.

TLR Response: "That's meaningless because it's only for Black farmers, not for all Black people! And other minorities can get the same money!"

Step 2: Republicans block the money from reaching Black farmers.

TLR Response: "See! I knew it wouldn't happen, those Democrats never intended Black people to get that money in the first place!"

Step 3: Democrats write up a work-around to get around the lawsuits so the money can get out there ASAP and will still go largely to Black farmers.

TLR Response: "What? Are you saying they rewrote my favorite bill? How dare they, what a bunch of bullshyt!"

Yea, they made it race-blind, but need-based, which should still allow it to reach/target Black farmers in need. That's a good way to get around the lawsuits.

Not just need-based, but specific to farmers who have faced discrimination. So hypothetically certain poor white groups might be able to make a case, but it will be generally easier for Black farmers to get that money.

Seems like the Democrats DIDN’T DO ANYTHING. They just said “it’s too hard, but let us put in a chess move to get your dumb black asses in the polls for midterms”

None of that “money” made it to their hands.

Just a performance. If there is the political will to do so, it will be done.

Also a good way for cacs to sneak the money to everyone but the Blacks it was intended for i.e. 5 dollar Indians, Affirmative Action.
Deserves its own thread
Don't encourage them.
