Kamala's a safe choice. Black but not too black to the mainstream voter. Worked as a prosecutor, so that blunts the "abolish the police" arguments. She's not scaring white people off, but is going to activate some of the Democratic base.

Trump's already struggling to attack her. Called her both a cop and talked about how she would help Joe Biden tear down law enforcement already, and it's only been a few hours since the pick. He won't know how to come at her correctly.
