Speakerboxxx sold about the same amount and is one of the highest rated albums of all times in any genre. And of course, speaks to a more diverse audience.
Thank you.

Love Below was always gonna win, it's more acclaimed, and just as successul.

Not to mention half of grodt is garbage.

GRODT might be one of the biggest and hyped rap albums of all time. Quality wise that shyt struggles at times. I remember it most for the good songs it had, and the overall moment that came with it. If there was an impact Grammy award it would have won hands down. I wouldn’t have called it the best, definitely the biggest, but not the best.

If it’s on shuffle I’ll listen to some songs but not all. I don’t indulge in street music as much as before. I need substance and bar work. Maybe I’m getting :flabbynsick:

Threatening to who? 50 always loved white people :lolbron:
Yeah he did but his image I don’t think they was too fond of him. Dude use to perform in bullet proof vests and got shoot 9 times. You don’t think that was making a lot of whites who wasn’t familiar with his music or story uncomfortable?

Damn near every song on the album is classic some still relevant, remixed, beats used in freestyles today

So what are we talking about here :skip:

:gucci:

What we talking about is that if it was such a classic, maybe that shytshow would have won a Grammy!

:manny: I personally loved GRODT but it had flaws. I give it a spin every year, but there’s some songs that aged like milk. Loosen up your G-unit sneakers and consider the truth breh

I was in high school for I’m serious and Trap Muzik and Urban Legend. Never Scared helped blow him up across the south. Be Easy, 24’s, and RubberBand Man were huge across the south. Then 24’s and RubberBand man caught fire all over the place. By the time Urban Legend came out people were already checking for him. Down with the King helped carry the momentum but Trap Muzik definitely had him all over BET, MTV, and all the urban radio stations. The I’m serious video already played pretty regularly on BET but nobody really knew who he was and why he had a Pharrell beat with a beanie man feature. That Lacs and Prices video would come on sometimes too. Outside of local house parties and strip clubs he wasn’t too much known across the country until Trap Muzik. Then he was truly a household name.

I didn’t hear Ti vs Tip until after Basic Training, but I liked most of it. It maybe would have been received better as a single album with less songs, but same concept.

First of all, salute to you for your services

Second of all, T.I accomplished a lot in a few short years.

He had a David Banner beat back when he was on fire.

I’m gonna bump Trap Muzik right now
