Cavs offered him a 10 year, $80 mil deal to be coach AND team President and he turned it down because the Harrison twins came back and there was no chance he'd be coaching LeBron :dead:

He's said a million times how much he would love to coach LeBron and now this fool is stuck in Lexington instead of coaching LeBron, Kyrie, & Wiggins/K. Love :dead:

Cal sittin back like :mindblown: right now :laff: fukkin idiot

not really...he has it made at UK and more power than he could ever have in the NBA. teaching young basketball players is his calling, no really the pros imo

not sure if I could co-sign this. Cal is a king in Lex, the highest paid coach in the game, and on his way to win multiple rings. Going to Cleveland would mean more pressure and far less clout than he's been enjoying. They're not going to win a ring, so there's no way he'd be seeing through those 10 years.

and it's Cleveland :heh:

Thank god he passed. We ended up landing David Blatt who is a euroleague legend and is considered a top 5 coach in the world :win:

He could've been Cavs team President bruh, that's a lot of power. Not to mention the pressure year in and year out at UK of winning AND winning with freshman....He could've coached the best player in the world and he turned down his chance.....yes he lost hard

How did he lose?

He likes to help kids reach their dreams and change their lives, the emotional satisfaction of his current position >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> being with the cavs

the only reason you say he lost is because the whole world hates all the success he is enjoying at UK. you want him gone, roy wants him gone too. can't take the competition.
