Rock cena buildup was terrible. Loved the Mania 28 match but the build made no sense throughout. Starts out in 2011 as Rock being in a league of his own then all of a sudden the story gradually changes to Cena being the hero and Rock is the sellout guy who needs wristnotes and lost a step. Made no sense. Hell, Rock memorizes lines for a living.

Guy really went above and beyond to help make Cena look good. I will admit the mark wars were entertaining. They really had fans thinking there was 100% hatred between the two.

Rock Cena story should have been simple. Cena the fan misses one of his heroes Rock. Teases him to get back in the ring one more time. Rock comes back but only as an host. Cena still teases him for a match. Focus more on Rocks status as a wrestling legend and not as an actor. Cena does something that pushes Rock to the point in competing one more time. Simple. Then They trade some good sense jabs and build it up.
