he's been there less than a year.

This is almost the same roster they had before he got the job. Firing the coach was dumb, but he's hasn't made any real changes yet, plus Marc Gasol is injured.

I can't stand Hollinger, but he hasn't even been there a year, plus he works for the cheapest owner in the NBA, who basically forced them to give players away for nothing last year.

The championship window was closed for that team last season anyway when they got swept by the Spurs. They're capped out and don't have any promising talent (too bad they gave away Tony Wroten for nothing).

Maybe if they had traded for some shooters in the offseason they wouldn't as bad as they are now, but they certainly wouldn't be contenders. The only reason they beat the Thunder in the playoffs was because Westbrook didn't play.
