This argument that host makes a total lie.
1st-run Cavs were horrible for years before Bron came, and they didn't exhaust a single resource on him. They didn't improve because they had shytty draft picks and no free agent wants to go to Cleveland. Once Bron left, they were suddenly picking #1 every damn year....and they had all those draft picks, so what "exhausted resources" is he talking about? There wasn't a single promising player they got rid of or a single good draft pick they gave up because of Bron. Remember when they DIDN'T trade for Amare because they didn't want to give up J.J. Hickson?
Heat's resources were fine when Bron left - their starting lineup was Dragic-Wade-Deng-Bosh-Whiteside with Granger, Chalmers and Haslem off the bench and they had their draft picks. They didn't compete because Wade and Bosh had injury issues, not because of anything LeBron did to them. And their turnaround to get back to the Finals was fairly fast.
2nd-run Cavs were crap because Kyrie left and Love had mental issues, not because of any roster move they made for Bron. In fact, the Cavs had MORE draft picks than their own, because they had traded for an extra pick when they dealt Kyrie. When your two biggest stars leave then of course you're going to have to rebuild, but their rebuild was super quick - by 2021 they already had Sexton, Garland, and Allen in addition to Love being just 32, Delly just 30, TT just 29, and Drummond 26. By 2022 they were a 44-win 8-seed and by 2023 they were a 51-win 4-seed.
Lakers right now have AD, Reaves, D-Lo, Rui, Vando, Christie who are all 30 or younger, they drafted JHS #17 last year and Knecht #17 this year and have most of their draft picks in coming years....so exactly how will LeBron be leaving them with trash?
Bron has played for four teams, and his argument doesn't make sense for any of those four teams.
