He should be bigger than he is. I feel like casual fans don't really know him like that like they do with it. He's never even come close to being an all star starter, got less votes than d rose last season. Is it the D.C. Market or his game isn't sexy?

No national games but they are increasing. He has a sexy game to watch though. The team didn't get a high profile until last year. I mean bruh averaged 23 and 10 last year.
I agree with @ThiefyPoo He gets his shot to be consistent and it's a wrap. That's the only thing these other point guards do better than him.

John Wall was pretty popular in college, I'm surprised he isn't as popular in the NBA. He's known but like you said, less votes than D Rose? Thats weak

dude doesn't even have a signature shoe. I don't know what it is but I feel like something is missing with him. Like even if he goes off, he'll probably never get that recognition.
He's not a one-dimensional score first guard like Kyrie and Isaiah
John Wall should definitely be bigger than he is but I think it's the image that he has. He's got a very Iverson-like anti-hero vibe to him. Compare his persona to a guy like Curry or even Kyrie and it's night and day. It's why I like him so much but at the same time it doesn't make him marketable because the league is trying to weed out characters like that

D.C. Market and his own marketing, he does some amazing moves so that is not the case. Just look at how Kyrie markets himself off the court and the result is him selling more shoes than anybody
You're right. i also don't find his game very marketable. His overal game is great but he's good for maybe 1 or 2 highlight plays a game while curry, kyrie and Westbrook are can't miss TV. If walls game was THAT SEXY, he'd be picked up by a sneaker company already. But then again Lillard got 100+m by adidas and I don't find his game that sexy either so I could be wrong

With these videos coming up every week hopefully being under Rich Paul will help him be more marketable. This is a big off-season and season for him coming off of people generally recognizing how good he is.
It's also surprisingly his first off-season chance to actually train and come in fit and healthy. So there's another level he can reach.
On the marketing and popularity among folks rich paul will be the key and the videos are a good start
