I don't see him doing anything extra is my point. Only different is he plays football...but he seems like the average college kids and they making a bigger deal of this issue.
i seen plenty of kids just like him....except they don't play football. They come from a decent enough background to go the places he goes.....he seems pretty normal to me like he still throwing back beers with the people!


if he wasn't an athlete....non story. But people think athletes at state universities are suppose to be poor and would not have the funds to attend to school without sports, lol. It's an unfair label. Now if he was at a Southern Cal....it would probably be non story since many athletes there have been from affluent backgrounds.

He's posted a few dumb things, but most of what has made the biggest news weren't put up by him. Like those "half-nekkid bikini" girls in Mexico that got some folks upset. He didn't put a one of those on his IG, but they're all over the place. Them girls did that.

I think he makes people mad because he doesn't fit in their box for white QBs. They want him to love Lyle Lovett or George Strait, not Rozay, 2Chainz, Wale, Bun D, or Drake. He's friendly with athletes from a lot of other teams and doesn't hide that, even hangs out with them. That rattles most fan bases.

He's not only from people with money, but his great-grandfather was also small, but tough. He was an immigrant from Lebanon and a sparring partner with Jack Dempsey back in the day.

Yeah Matt was a known partier. But he wasn't being kicked out of football camps and catching charges either though which is why he stayed in the good grace of the media.
