Every job listing is asking for at least 3 years of experience. A few posters recommended browsing job listings just to see the skills companies are looking for but all I see is....

So without a internship shyt looking kinda bleak. How relaxed are they when it comes to experience?

You have a better chance with experience and no piece of paper to be honest
This. Which means you either gotta find someone that's willing to show you the needed skills (training) or it goes back to "it's all WHO you know"

What's crazy is we all know how dumb people are...most of these people with these degrees are straight up idiots and are learning as they go at their place of employment, just like someone would that doesn't have a degree

some jobs you can just lie and say you got the experience, most of the times the roles you want are not even hard or require years of knowledge or you can just learn right there and then

when someone is at a high position and they dont know wtf they're doing, most of the time its someone that lied to get the job but is still not adjusting to the role

do what you have to to eat , world is cold
