Jones didn't know Floyd's background he mentions Ronda's Olympic background but you can tell he didn't know Floyd was in the Olympics too. Regardless I don't fault him too much to favor someone who he knows personally and is in the same sport. Jones will get a milly in his next fight but he def deserves some PBC type of money with his talent.

UFC grossly underpays its fighters and salaries should be higher but Jones is definitely making more than six figures, he's clearing at least $2 million fight, probably cleared $5 million for the last Cormier fight
