according to blow on twitter(too lazy to go through his tweets) he doesn't even know what Self publishing on ps4 means himself, he's under contractual work so he can't comment further.


Not worried about MS and Indies they have had some of the best this year, and we will find out their plan at build in 2 weeks.

I'm not sure about that either. when we were talking about this before, I tried it on my laptop, and it didn't work until I set it up again while online. and I did use offline mode on it a long time ago. dude was talking about he knew people that have been offline for "years". I'm not sure why anyone would even do that. anyway, it seemed clear none of them had first hand knowledge of how it works
