Dont have a problem with this at all. Just off precedence alone...Pettis needs a fight at 145 first. This is the second time in a row that this has happened.

I'm on the fence regarding this situation. One one hand, I understand where Aldo's coming from, Pettis shouldn't overtake proven/deserving contenders on winning streaks (Lamas, Korean Zombie). He should work his way up in the division. But, on the other hand, I also believe that you should fight any opponent put in front of you. Plus, Pettis/Aldo is more competitive than any other possible fight at FW and it's going to be a fukkin' CRAZY war.

Most importantly, of all the available options, Pettis/Aldo is the biggest $$$ fight in the division.
