Christina Lockhart of Maple Heights filed a complaint July 2, 2015, in juvenile court saying Gordon is the father of her 1-year-old daughter and no one else is presumed to be the father, according to court records. Lockhart is on welfare and seeks child support.
Numerous subpoenas were sent to Gordon in Los Angeles and to several different addresses in Cleveland, but he never responded, according to court documents. Subpoenas also went to numerous people who know Gordon well, Stafford said.
Dude was dodging the DNA test for 14 months till the Judge put the warrant out on his arrest on the 9/21.....he took it right away after that
Cleveland.com reported Thursday that attorney Joseph Stafford, who represents Lockhart, said the
DNA results showed with 99.9 percent certainty that Gordon is the girl’s father.
