Killmonger openly showed signs of being a dictator by disregarding cultural traditions and laws the MOMENT he got in charge,.

Wakandan tradition was for Wakanda not to share their tech yet at the end of first movie T'Challa BROKE TRADITION and has Wakanda doing that.
Instead of challenging Killmonger to a fair one in a rematch he starts an INSURRECTION once again BREAKING TRADITION.
T'challa knew who Killmonger was when he first entered Wakanda and even after hearing Killmonger say he wanted to liberate black people globally he was still going to jail him as he knew he had a legit claim to his throne
