I say make it semi-mandatory. i.e. It's a normal part of medical care. If you wish to save a little money by skipping it, then you sign a waiver and can't be taken off of child support later.
Exactly the reasoning for my opinion.
The child suffers by not knowing who its real father is. If he isnt the Biological Father than how can he be responsible for a child that belongs to another man.

The real father aint on the birth certificate so i doubt that bytch could get anything out of him either. But with these laws tho i guess anything could happen.
