The judge also rejected Kesha’s series of defenses, including that Gottwald is a public figure. Schecter argued that Dr. Luke isn’t a household name.



I know he won that case but that's gotta sting a little bit if you produced for Katy Perry and Lady Gaga I know who Dr Luke is even if I don't know his music.
