I wonder if he can make the transition that Omega did and eventually become a real player and a main gaijin. I thought Kenny was never gonna reach half the level/status he has right now and boy was I wrong, so I can't put my finger on if Juice will be able to get "there" or not.

I agree, but up until 6 months before he got his big push in the G-1, Omega was still way too goofy and a perennial Junior Heavyweight. The thought of him winning the G-1 was laughable and even when he won it was still about him headlining WK. Then he had that famous match with Okada and he established himself as a legit star.

I don't expect that kind of ascension/transformation to become the norm at all, but if a guy like 2015-2016 Omega could make such a leap, I wonder if a 2019-2020 Juice could too.

The Tanahashi IC title feud made Omega imo. Sucks he couldn't get the Ws over AJ & Naka on their way out but they did a great job using Tanahashi and that title to get him to the next level.

Omega was always cool though, plus he's bullet club, and has the Young Bucks.

Agreed again, though at this point it's a formula that has worked 3 times already (Devitt, AJ and Kenny) and we know how Gedo likes to repeat stuff
