I have to read the transcript of the speech to fully understand the context,

It sounds good but two things.

1)If there was documented corruption under Zuma, it's not anti-African to report it. No leader is above being criticized for things that happened in his administration and under his watch. You can't shame people into not calling out things for what they are
2) For some people, anti-African sentiment is too deeply ingrained in them for it to ever change. Outside propaganda + household/friends propaganda have fixed a negative view of Africa permanently to them. Their right to feel however they want to, but they have to be written off.
