Ken Griffey triple decker blast from '96. As a former baseball player he was Michael Jordan to me. All of us black kids were copying his stance, wearing our hats backwards, trying to imitate his every move.

Maybe the cleanest stance/swing of all-time.

When Griffey hit the building across from Camden Yards in the HR derby

Facts lol, being Dominican we eat and breath baseball, Griffey is the GOAT of my generation. Had a kid on my team name Phil would emulate Griffey stance at 12 and lil dude was a beast, naturally gifted in all three sports. Started trappin left nyc for ATL and never came back up north. RIP.

the great thing about Bonds back then is that you EXPECTED him to hit a HR, unless he was walked.

Yeah I remember the year he was chasing the record, if you were watching ESPN and they weren't showing the game, they'd often just cut whatever program they had on for Bonds AB. Crazy.

Never have I ever seen anything like that. They use to cut to Bonds like he was the President or some shyt. The first game he came back from injury and just missed a homerun by inches was crazy. It definitely felt like he could hit a homerun every at bat lol.
