Say the worst happens, and thecoli gets hacked like SOHH did......do you guys have FULL backups of every thread that you can completely restore afterwards, as if the site/forums never went down? Or would the coli forums have to start new and empty upon its return, with the classic threads being lost forever?
I'm only asking because I just read a post in the hurricane thread in TLR, that the old Katrina thread from SOHH was gone along with the SOHH forums....and it made me wonder about this site. If I remember correctly, when SOHH came back from its hacking it had to start from scratch, and all the old classic threads were gone forever with the exception of random page archiving from other independent sites......
