Just a reminder that this is the same man that flew to Cancun when Texas had a power outage?

U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz was seen painting over graffiti on a Houston freeway that read "F--- Charlie Kirk" on Thursday, an action that comes amid heightened political tensions following the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

The graffiti removal was depicted by Cruz in a post on social media, following the Sept. 10 killing of Kirk in Utah, an event that has been reported by The Guardian and has prompted increased security for public officials. The act by Cruz appears to be both a symbolic gesture against political violence and a practical effort to maintain public order.

Cruz’s public cleanup aligns with the state effort to remove offensive graffiti.

TxDOT on removing offensive graffiti

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has removed offensive graffiti before, a policy that was highlighted after the removal of graffiti following Hurricane Beryl in July 2024.

Cares more about politicizing a symbol than the welfare of the people in his own state.

But then again, the GOP cared more about polticizing the 1st responders and let them die off for 20 years before giving them healthcare. And there was only 3 (IIRC) left.

He even looks like a dweeb when he's doing manual labor. Texans love portraying themselves as so tough and rugged and independent but continously elect a crippled lawyer as a governor and a cuck nerd as a senator for representation. Thats not big dikk energy @KnickstapeCity The math ain't mathing.
