Preface: The entire experience was honestly terrible. If I wasn't here for a birthday, I would've left as soon as I saw where we were seated.
The experience: When I arrived, we were seated in an area probably made for 5-6.. it was 9 of us, for brunch, in a club section left to eat on an ikea table. We had to rearrange the table and stools just be be able to walk and pile in the area. When the waitress finally came around, she took our orders and left. We got our food randomly about 40 minutes later, and maybe saw the waiter 2 times. Once was to ASK for silverware, which they ran out of so were were given plastic fork sets.. we overlooked it because our food was getting cold waiting.
Additionally, we saw the waitress once more because most of the table ordered bottomless mimosas, which did not end up being bottomless because the 7 people who drank them were only given two carafes the entire three hours we were there. When we finally saw her again, we were then told that they were out of orange juice. We asked to speak to the "manager" and when she eventually came around she told us that there was nothing they could do because they were out of orange juice and the "brunch is over anyway, so I don't know what you want me to do".... she also told us that the waiter lied on us, saying she had given us 4 refills. A complete lie and waste of money. The manager was rude and not accommodating at all, even with the birthday girl.
My last and final straw was when we were waiting on our bill and saw our waitress in the section next to us drinking a shot of D'usse. I was ready to walk out at that point. The whole experience was humorous, avoid this place
