I hate to be that dude. I'm all for allowing artists to go at their own pace and not be forced by fans or labels to rush out projects....

But just as a fan, to see J.Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Blu, Earl Sweatshirt and a lot of other young hungry MC's bring lyricism and craftsmanship back to the forefront I feel like Jay Elect should be right there with them. He has a gift and ill be Goddamn if isn't frustrating to know he's sitting on a (supposedly) dope album and can't be bothered to finish it .


I know it's a cliche saying but do it for HIP HOP Jay! fukk the underground you need to win a Grammy, for your momma and your family
