haters in this thread should stop shyttin on jay, but question why hov hasnt released the single jay did with breezy for this albumJay Electronica man.....
I hate to be that dude. I'm all for allowing artists to go at their own pace and not be forced by fans or labels to rush out projects....
But just as a fan, to see J.Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Blu, Earl Sweatshirt and a lot of other young hungry MC's bring lyricism and craftsmanship back to the forefront I feel like Jay Elect should be right there with them. He has a gift and ill be Goddamn if isn't frustrating to know he's sitting on a (supposedly) dope album and can't be bothered to finish it .

He moved over here to the UK and recorded the majority of it all here. Im pretty sure it was more or less done the end of 2011 / beginning of 2012.
He didn't really give a reason as such. He didn't say it was because of a lack of a single (which Guru suggested about a year ago), more so hinting towards JE's personal situation and the fact he's not short of money now (Rothschild) allows him to keep it moving at his own pace....
