This a mobile home from the 90's. I was gonna do a regular home but this was real cheap(putting 9K down and the mortgage is under $280 a month) so I thought save my money and get this one. It's for me and not for renting out or Airbnb/etc. NO it's not in shyt condition it just needs the outside painted(has some green algae on it), not real old looking inside or outside imo so I got no problems living in it. I might replace the floors just cause but I might just keep them because they are fine, no issues at all(thought polish wouldn't hurt).
My refunding plug ain't been active(one nikka said his ticket been open for 20 days no response) so the $1200 mattress gotta wait
So is the $1300 pot/pan set
