After downloading lollipop (
) and a host of other issues with my Samsung galaxy 4, I decided to make my way back to iOS.
Went from iphone>HTC One>S4> Iphone 6 Plus (
) and don't regret it at all.
Android used to be appealing as it allowed a host of apps, functions, and modifications you couldn't get on Iphones. However, after using it for a while there were a lot of inconsistent performance issues with various apps, having to wait for individual carriers to update the OS at their own time with some phones only 2 models old being removed from the upgrade list, and a host of other performance issues just led me to say fukk it. I'm done.
Not to mention Touchwiz is trash. I understand you can install stock android and stuff but didn't feel like dealing with that.
At the end of the day, after using both, I have to say that iOS has a lot of advantages over android. Mainly the the central focus towards one brand of devices utilizing the OS and that seems to lead, at least from an anecdotal perspective, to a more consistent and optimized experience.
Not to mention, again, Lollipop is trash. It fukking ruined my phone. Crashing left and right in apps and certain features just not performing like they used to.
