Been craving sugar like crazy. Been eating hella fruit and yogurt/granolas
Way too much I think. Also with my coffee and tea

Gonna do this again starting January 1. Wanna get shredded for the spring/summer. Did it last February so I know I can do it again. I’ve been drinking a gallon a day since, only issue is staying away from the alcohol.
