The trees are usually not for lumber, they're there because people like them for the looks, shade, and environmental benefits.

And the point about over the counter meds is interesting. In Mexico, they even sell anabolic steroids over the counter.
That’s very interesting, I had to buy sleep gummies in the US because no melatonin has to be prescribed here

Another thing that surprised me was that there were much more waffles than pancakes options. I was expecting the opposite. When u think of America you think of Pancakes.

Going to the USA for the first time ever, and not going to NYC, is like me going to Europe for the first time ever and going to places like Slovakia and Luxembourg instead of London and Paris.

I saw you did say you wanted some sun though.

Since "yank" nikkas have more sex appeal and swagger did your boyfriend cuff you out of fear of you being snatched up by a real ass nikka?

Depends on what u find sexually appealing. Watched him reverse the car a couple feet the other day with the door open without looking and I almost creamed my pants.

It's simply too large a country for coppicing to be as widespread - or as necessary - a pursuit here. Like a lot of things, the scale has to be experienced to be understood.

Try this and overlay various countries over others.

It's actually really cool that you got to road trip across a few states, flying doesn't really convey that sense of scale as much. :ehh:

Australia
Trying to find something that passed for breakfast in England was... difficult.

I felt bad because I felt like I was turning my nose up to my hosts but I just couldn't do it. The person we stayed with had lived in the states for a decade so they knew what time it is with U.S. breakfast and got it. The roommates didn't understand why I didn't want to eat it.

Sidenotes; London felt like a Bizzaro world version of NYC. Trains ran amazing but didn't have air conditioning. I was surprised at how much homelessness was a problem there. Roads are crazy narrow and parking any direction was wild. I was offered to drive my friend's car in London but refused. I was disoriented by being a passenger and trying to understand the differences in signage. Forget about being on the opposite side of the road.
Uk breakfast>>>>> US breakfast...

I drive on the left hand side in Australia... I found it easy driving on the right in the U.S

The narrow roads are brutal tho.. I would only drive a small car in England
