Before cooking it, shyt wasn't easy to cut at all cause it was so slippery :whew:


Seasoned it in 2 different stages


Liver is the most nutritionally dense food ever. Ate 5 pieces, and already feel full :mjtf:

Next time i got a tip for you :dame: Albanian liver.

Cut into cubes same as you got there. Mix a couple cups of flour with salt, pepper, cumin and/or paprika powder. Toss the liver in the mixture, coat well. Toss the liver again in a colander to get rid of excess flour. Shallow fry in a frying pan in an inch of oil. Rest on some kitchen paper to remove some oil.
Liver comes out buttery with a slight crunch. Maybe toss green pepper and chopped onion in with the liver while frying.:ohlawd:
