Already put onions, garlic, red peppers, sweet pepper
I added tomato sauce and oil, so Everything "browned"

Throw in the peppers after the meat is done bruh.

Toss it for a minute then take it off the heat. Don't overcook your veggies when it comes to stir fry.

I think it was a combo of the shiny steel with the overhead lights
