A+ was easy. Took it close to 10 years ago.

Long story....but long story short. I have a ton of certs but no actual "experience" which leaves me getting tossed into entry level positions and getting paid entry level money. Which tends to be considerably less than what I was making teaching, and less than what I'm making now.
