Man, if you’ve ever sparred in the ring, the first time you catch a hook to the face shocks your system. You know it’ll happen eventually but when it does, you’re still shook to your core.

I'm also mid 30s. Started graying in my mid 20s it's slow though. Mostly on top and a little bit by the temple. Mom told me the men on her side of her family went gray as early as their teens but they all kept their hair.

As long as I get to keep my hairline I'm good.

Not really. Y'all just scared of getting older.
I started getting gray hairs in my 20s and everytime I pulled it out, more grew back and I got to a point where I stopped hiding the fact that I'm getting older. Plus I learned that each gray hair symbolizes wisdom.
