Lady who started mine charged 100 and for 50 she washes, retwist , and styles them. In between going to her I usually can find any girl in the city that knows how to do hair to retwist for like 20/30

I started mine in the beginning. I take pride in that, it may not look perfectly, especially in the beginning but it grows out more unique and you’ll stand out against people who get their dreads started by someone else. But if I were to do it over again I would go freegrow you should try it, but that takes more will power IMO
