when I went away in June I bought my ticket and in less than 24 hours the price dropped, so policy is they give you the new price and 50 bucks as a good will gensture. Anyways I called and I was supposed to be refunded within 14 business days, didn't happen. I've been complaining for every month since and then i check my email today
