Just got a Mac Book Pro for 500, help me indulge in the Mac lifestyle breeds

Whats some good ass go to, must have apps that i can start feasting on

I had the old pre Maverick one, I haven't bothered to update to the latest version, but I'm sure with a little google searching you can find it, no problem.

Logic Pro is going for 200 and i heard theres way better programs like Cubase or Reason for cheaper, ill try and find the Logic Pro for free tho

You don't get much better then logic as far as audio production/engineering goes just different....Considering logic is owned by apple I'd assume it would run better on a Mac then any other S/W, YMMV

$500 is really cheap. does your MBP have DVD rom on the side? how much HDD space and RAM u got? did you get the retina screen?
