You can have sex again whenever you're up for it... the pain seems to be gone for the most part today (procedure was yesterday)... So i may give it a go tomorrow with my wife. We'll still have to use protection though. You're supposed to wait until you get a 0 sperm count before unprotected sex. And you get your sample checked after 15-20 ejeculations or 6 weeks. Whichever is greater.

You'll be fine... I had one too. The sex is GREAT, especially knowing no chillen will come from it... There WILL be moments out of nowhere where you will get a ping of awareness. It's not a pain but if I had to use a smiley for how it feels
