Put foil over the grate and oil it unless or else you’ll be continuously scrubbing it every time you use it.

My steaks come out great.

Some people claim they get nice chicken in 20 minutes, but I’ve yet to have good chicken from the air fryer in 20 minutes. Maybe I just like my skin crispier.
