I had the idiocy to volunteer to go in to work today... As I'm driving home a cop gets behind me. He lights up the cherries. I was on a major highway right across the bridge from

So I drive maybe a quarter mile til the next turn off. I turn off and stop on the side of the road. Motherfukker runs up with his gun in my face and arrests me on the spot literally just went to jail for trying to pull over in a safe spot

Got my car impounded, had to sit in some Barney phife ass jail. And had to walk home in the cold when I did finally get out hours later.

I hate this country so much. I wish I could leave but there's no where else for me to go

If you fight it, you should be able to get a copy of the cops in car dashcam to show you weren't evading and that there weren't safe places to pull over.

Just speculating, but I think they have to provide that to your defense.

Definitely. He has the video as it was pulled up on his laptop when he threw me in the car. That's definitely going to proove my innocence. I'm not worried about beating the case. I feel confident I will. It's just the fact I had a gun in my face for no reason. I feel like I got kidnapped.
