Congrats. Costco is one of the top companies to work for. It is retail, but it's not a commission based retail and they treat their employees great. Their headquarters is about 5 minutes from my house. I've thought about trying to get a job their, but only in their headquarters. Not trying to go back to working retail.

As for the people asking about Costco discounts for employees there is no discount. Costco's markup is so minimal they don't give their employees a discount.

About 10 years ago I used to be really good friends with the COO of Costco's daughter. Lets just say he was rolling in the money. He had a ridiculous house.
