Just had a 4 day conference with Cacs

I was out of town at a conference for 4 days for work. The program im in is designed to put more diversity in our company but somehow a handful of cacs have found a way around the application process and got in.

We had panels with senior leadership coming to speak to us (junior personnel) and 90% of them were black. These cacs had the audacity to go "i dont feel included, why are all the speakers minorities?"


bytch the whole point of the program/job you applied for was to put more diversity in the company, why wouldn't they show the younger black employees examples of what you CAN be if you put in work and don't do dumb shii?


We go out after work for a planned social. I have mf's asking me "Hey bro can you explain that sponge thing to me again, why would you purposely want your hair matted down like that? I couldnt do it." (last summer we were also out of town and my hair was longer, i used that sponge shii for the twist look)

Im likeidk breh, personal preference.

These cacs are entitled and have no shame

Once you get back to your office should go straight to HR like folks have been questioning me about my appearance and asking if my hair style is appropriate for a work place environment. Finish with the I don't feel safe in our workplace. The paper trial will eventually lead you to a 7 figure settlement

I will around this time next year....Thats when ill start working with some of these dudes. Where im at now i dont hear too much about how i look etc

Im in the military. And yea theyre trying to get more black ppl in leadership positions (hence the conference for us) but still some non minorities saw the opportuniy to make big $$ and hopped on it

Im not bending or breaking. We had that lil outing and some ppl wanted to wear sperrys and polos. I said f that im wearing what i usually wear.

Timbs/vintage tommy hil starter jacket/jewelry/beanie90's style, and i got about 3 months of growth and i use the curl sponge. IDGAF
