Just had my first case of sleep paralysis....I'm shook

I've heard so much about it, and my mind is fukked up right now, my dream basically played out like a school project of the tv show are you afraid of the dark, where this time it was a new cast and the episode felt real, music n all...to sum it up while the episode was playing in my dream it got too real, and I tried to wake my self up...then all of a sudden I was in my room, my daughter was sleep next to me and my woman on the other side and a fukkN GHOST WALKED IN THE ROOM WITH A WHITE SHEET OVER ITS HEAD ON SOME and as it was walking over to me, all I could do was SCREAM to wake myself up because I felt like I was paralyzed. Thank god my woman heard me scream and held me in her arms because I was visibly shaken. Brehs does this last a long time? I am literally afraid to fall asleep now, what If the ghost comes back for me. Can anyone help me please

Damn dude sorry to hear that. I seem a documentary on sleep paralysis. People have been having it for yrs. One lady said she kept mentioning god and eventually it stopped. But another person tired the samething but it got worse. I heard it's caused by stress. I don't know what u can do to get rid of it.

I always get that shyt when I'm extremely angry and have a lot of negative energy in and around me. I'm not a conventional religious person but I believe there are forces out there which are positive and negative and when you foster negative energy your spirit gets weaker and allows attacks from these sorts of entities. I'm 27 and I've never had this happen, sleep is usually the best part of the night for me, I did pop 2 percs but I don't use them for the high , I use them because they put me to sleep fast, I don't know what to make of this, I know I need to go back to sleep but I'm afraid to. It's like seeing the ghost literally walking into my room and walking over to me tripped me tf out that all I could do was scream. I feel so defeated, I literally had tears falling from my face because of how terrified I was.

It happens to me 1-2 times a years and scares me every time. It always feels like someone is holding me down. I always 'wake up' thinking someone broke in and I'm being attacked.

Once, while it was happening, I felt a gust of wind, then heard an evil laugh as if someone was standing close me me and laughing in my ear.

I had a somewhat similar experience once hasn't happened since shyt was traumatising I can't explain how fukkin terrifying it was.
Didn't involve ghosts or nothing I woke and when I told myself ''sit up'' my body couldn't do it

Thank God it ain't happened since.

I've been having weird sleeping patterns, it either ends in me screaming, then immediately going to sleep or my parents running into my room and jerking me awake. but this one night, i dont know what happened, but i got up from bed, sleeping and it was like my eyes was open but there was a veil infront of my eyes and i was sleeping, while standing, but i saw spirits move around in my room, then after a while, i screamed then climbed back into bed then slept again
