been tryin to get a french vanilla cappuccino and some hot chocolate from McDonald's for 3 days back to back before work...only to be told the machine wasn't workin and the manager got rude with me about it cuz I suggested to put up a sign or somethin to let people know....

I wrote a nasty complaint email to the McDonald's corp and today received 3 emails full of apologies...a phone call from the franchise owner and 2 vouchers for free coffee/hot chocolate (no expiration date).....
