If you feel strongly enough about this, you should file a formal complaint to hr that your boss is making inflammatory, racially-tinged statements that are creating an uncomfortable working environment.

I know a couple posters who would label you a c00n for life if you didn't either quit or punch him in the face. I say either talk to him about it directly and let him know it made you feel uncomfortable if it really does bother you or just ignore the shyt and quietly find a new job.
If you cant find any outside mediation, then address the issue with him carefully and respectfully. I would suggest sending him an email since it would come across as less confrontational. Wantonly discussing that civil liberties for Americas are irrelevant, and they should be killed based on arbitrary and irrelevant matters, at the workplace is an inappropriate forum for such extreme opinions, and should be done on his own time. Either man up, and take action, or let it skate. Your decision.
